How booking works
There are two ways to get a price.
- Standard trips: use the online booking page. Pick the vehicle, the date, and the hours. The current rate shows on screen. Rates move with the vehicle and the hours. The day of the week and the route also count. Online reservations close four hours before pickup time.
- Large or custom groups, multi-day plans, or anything sooner than four hours out: send the contact form or email info@psswestcoast.com. You can also call (702) 248-7706. Dispatch answers 24 hours a day.
Once you confirm, you receive the trip details and the itinerary. Your chauffeur assignment follows. On the day, you step aboard and we handle the rest.
Pickup across the Las Vegas valley
We pick up at Strip and Downtown hotels, private homes, and venues across the valley. That includes Summerlin, Henderson, and North Las Vegas. Yes. Every party bus rental is chauffeured. Your driver handles the route, the parking, and the timing between stops.
How much does a party bus cost in Las Vegas?
The booking page shows the current rate once you pick the vehicle, date, and hours. The price reflects the vehicle and how long you need it. The day of the week and the route also count. For a large group or a custom plan, request a quote and we build it with you.
Can we bring our own drinks?
The limo-style party bus has an onboard refreshment area, and bring-your-own options are available. Confirm the details with dispatch when you book.
Can kids ride on the party bus?
Yes. Kids birthday parties, school events, and Sweet Sixteens ride with adult chaperones on board.

How far ahead should we book?
The earlier the better. Fridays, Saturdays, and holidays fill first. Big event weekends fill even faster. When a bus is open, we take last-minute bookings too, so call (702) 248-7706 if your date is close.
What if our group is bigger than one party bus?
We can schedule more than one vehicle for the same night, or move you up to a mini coach or motorcoach so everyone rides together.
