How booking works
There are two ways to get a price.
- Standard trips: use the online booking page. Pick the bus, the date, and the hours. The current rate shows on screen. Buses book by the hour for a local event. For conventions, tours, and out-of-town trips they book by the day or multi-day. Rates move with the bus and the hours or days. The day of the week and the route also count. Online reservations close four hours before pickup time.

Once you confirm, you receive the trip details and the itinerary. Your chauffeur assignment follows. On the day, your group boards and we handle the rest.
Pickup across the Las Vegas valley
We pick up at Strip and Downtown hotels, convention centers, and venues across the valley. That includes Summerlin, Henderson, and North Las Vegas. The Volvo 9700 motorcoach seats 40, 50, or 56 passengers depending on the coach. The Ford E-450 mini coach and shuttle bus seat 24 to 34. The Mercedes shuttle bus seats up to 14. Your booking agent matches the coach to your final headcount.
Is a driver included?
Yes. Every charter bus rental is chauffeured. Your driver handles the route, the parking, and the timing, so your coordinators can stay with the group.
How much does a charter bus cost in Las Vegas?
The booking page shows the current rate once you pick the bus, date, and hours. The price reflects the bus and how many hours or days you need it. The day of the week and the route also count. Multi-day charters and large convention groups get a written quote.
Does the charter bus have a restroom?
Select motorcoaches carry an onboard restroom. If your route needs one, say so when you book and we assign a coach that has it.
Where does the luggage go?
The motorcoach has underbody luggage bays plus overhead racks. The mini coach and shuttle bus hold 28 to 40 bags in overhead bins or the rear cargo hold. The Mercedes shuttle bus holds 10 to 14 suitcases in the rear.
Can the coach do day trips like the Grand Canyon?
Yes. The motorcoach is built for long routes, with reclining seats and climate control. Select units carry a restroom. Read our drive guides, then request a quote and we plan the itinerary with you.
How far ahead should we book?
The earlier the better. Convention dates, event weekends, and holidays fill first. The biggest event weeks carry multi-day minimums. When a coach is open, we take last-minute bookings too, so call (702) 248-7706 if your date is close.
Can you run more than one bus for the same event?
Yes. We schedule multiple vehicles for the same event, from a convention shuttle loop to staggered pickups across several hotels.
