Las Vegas Luxury Transportation Guide
Personal Sedan Services has provided chauffeured transportation in Las Vegas since 2000. This guide explains how luxury ground transportation works in the city. It covers the types of service and the vehicles that carry each group size. It also covers airport pickups, the big event weeks, and how pricing is set. Everything here comes from our own operation, based at the JW Marriott Las Vegas Resort & Spa on North Rampart Boulevard. Dispatch answers 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Private, Chauffeured, Reserved for Your Group
What Luxury Transportation Means in Las Vegas
Luxury transportation in Las Vegas means a private, chauffeured vehicle reserved for your group. The ride is not shared with other passengers, and there are no unnecessary stops. A professional chauffeur handles the driving, the luggage, and the timing. Vehicles range from a sedan for 3 passengers to a motorcoach for 56. Service is booked by the transfer or by the hour, and every trip is confirmed in advance with a rate or a written quote.
From a Single Transfer to a Full Program
The Kinds of Service You Can Book
- Airport pickup. The chauffeur meets you at baggage claim or at the curb at Harry Reid International Airport. See the airport service page at https://psswestcoast.com/services/las-vegas-airport-shuttle/.
- Ride to the airport. A scheduled pickup from your hotel or home, timed to your flight.
- Point to point transfer. One pickup and one drop-off anywhere in the Las Vegas Valley.
- Hourly charter. A chauffeured vehicle at your direction for as many hours as you reserve. Full day service is available. See https://psswestcoast.com/services/chauffeur-services/.
- Trips with several stops. A dinner, a show, and a late return in one booking.
- Group shuttles and event programs. Hotel to venue loops for conventions, weddings, and corporate events. See https://psswestcoast.com/services/event-transportation/.
- Long-distance routes. Chauffeured trips between Las Vegas and other cities. See https://psswestcoast.com/routes/.

Meet at Baggage Claim or at the Curb
Airport Pickups at Harry Reid International Airport
Las Vegas is served by Harry Reid International Airport (LAS). For a pickup, we ask for your flight number so the chauffeur can track the flight and adjust for delays or early arrivals. You choose a meet at baggage claim or a curbside pickup. The chauffeur assists with luggage and drives you to your hotel, your home, or your meeting. Rides to the airport are timed to your departure. For terminal and airline details, read our airport guide at https://psswestcoast.com/travel/airport-shuttles/harry-reid-international-airport-guide/ and the terminal guide at https://psswestcoast.com/travel/airport-shuttles/las-vegas-airport-terminal-guide/.
The Strip, the Valley, and the Road Out of Town
Where Chauffeured Service Goes
Pickups run across the Las Vegas Valley. That includes the Strip, Downtown, and Summerlin. It also includes Henderson, North Las Vegas, and outlying communities such as Boulder City and Pahrump. The full list is on the areas served page at https://psswestcoast.com/areas-served/.
Long-distance chauffeured routes connect Las Vegas with Los Angeles, San Diego, and Phoenix. Routes also run to Bakersfield, Riverside, and St. George. Each route is quoted by the trip.

Where the Shows Happen
Convention and Trade Show Venues
Las Vegas hosts some of the largest trade shows in the country. We run service to the major convention venues.
- Las Vegas Convention Center, 3150 Paradise Road.
- Venetian Convention and Expo Center, 201 Sands Avenue.
- Caesars Forum, 3911 Koval Lane.
- Mandalay Bay Convention Center, 3950 South Las Vegas Boulevard.
- Resort meeting spaces across the Strip. These include MGM Grand, Wynn and Encore, and Resorts World.

Plan Ahead for the Busiest Weeks
The Big Event Weeks
Certain weeks fill the city and change how transportation is booked. The biggest show weeks carry minimum booking lengths, measured in hours per day, and the largest shows carry minimum day counts. Bus bookings during the largest shows, including CES and Formula 1 week, are confirmed by our office before they are final. Stadium and arena events carry a shorter minimum than convention weeks.
Reserve as early as your dates are set. Same-day requests are accommodated when availability allows. Priced From the Details of Each Trip
How Pricing Works
Every ride is priced from its own details. The vehicle, the hours, and the date all shape the rate, much like an airline fare. Standard trips show a current rate on the online reservation page. Group and custom programs receive a written quote from our office.
Seven things set the price: the vehicle, the service type, and the hours. The date and demand, the distance, and the passenger and luggage count also matter. Extra stops add time to the trip. Online reservations close 4 hours before the pick-up time. For anything sooner, call dispatch. The full explanation is on our quotes page at https://psswestcoast.com/how-quotes-work/.
Private Car Versus the Alternatives
Chauffeured Service Compared With Taxis and Rideshare
A chauffeured ride is reserved in advance, so the vehicle and the chauffeur are assigned before you arrive. The rate or written quote is confirmed before the trip. The chauffeur tracks your flight, meets you inside the terminal if you choose, and helps with luggage. Groups stay together in one vehicle, from a 6 passenger SUV to a 56 passenger coach.
