- Las Vegas Convention Center, 3150 Paradise Road. The largest convention facility in the American West. Its West, Central, and South halls sit on one campus.
- Venetian Convention and Expo Center, 201 Sands Avenue. Connected to The Venetian and The Palazzo, and linked to Caesars Forum by a pedestrian bridge during major shows.
- Caesars Forum, 3911 Koval Lane. Located behind The LINQ Promenade, with skybridge access to Harrah’s and The LINQ Hotel.
- Mandalay Bay Convention Center, 3950 South Las Vegas Boulevard. Attached to the Mandalay Bay resort at the south end of the Strip.
- Resort meeting spaces across the Strip. These include MGM Grand, Wynn and Encore, and Resorts World. They also include Fontainebleau and others.

How Convention Booking Works
Send us the show name and dates, your hotels, and your head count. Add the daily schedule if you have it. We match a vehicle to each movement and send a written quote. Pricing depends on the vehicle, the hours, and the dates, so every quote is built for your program.
A few things to know before you book:
- Hourly and full day service. Reserve a chauffeured vehicle by the hour or for the whole day.
- Show week minimums. The biggest show weeks carry minimum booking lengths, and the largest shows carry multi-day minimums.
- Office confirmation for buses. Bus bookings during the largest shows, including CES and Formula 1 week, are confirmed by our office before they are final.
- Book early. Reserve in advance for large shows and busy seasons. Same-day requests are accommodated when availability allows.
- Airport arrivals. We coordinate arrival waves for staff and attendees with flight tracking, staging, and luggage assistance.
- Show day support. Dispatch monitors every ride in real time and keeps your planner updated.
