Las Vegas Event Calendar: The Weeks That Book Up First
Personal Sedan Services has provided luxury chauffeured transportation in Las Vegas since 2000. A few weeks each year, demand for buses, Sprinters, and SUVs runs ahead of what any fleet can cover. This calendar lists those weeks, the vehicles that go first, and the date we suggest you have your ride confirmed.
Event dates come from each organizer’s official site. The book-by date is 60 days before the first event day. If that date has passed, reach out anyway and our office will check what is still open.

How bookings work on these weeks
- Buses go first for Formula 1, CES, and the gaming and meetings expos. Bus bookings for Formula 1 and CES carry a multi-day minimum, and our office confirms each one before it is final.
- On the busiest weekends, Sprinter availability is very limited. Our office confirms every Sprinter booking on those dates.
- SUVs fill first for EDC and New Year’s Eve. Each day of an EDC booking carries its own hourly minimum.
- Raiders home games and concerts at Allegiant Stadium carry a short hourly minimum.
We do not publish rates, because prices move with demand the way airline fares do. You get an exact quote for your dates, group size, and vehicle. See how quotes work for what shapes the price.
